  HORRIBLE! Waited nearly 10 min for food. Food was cold ! Fries did not even fill up the fry container but barely half way ! Fries were not even hot. Asked for Filet-O-Fish with added onions. Got a thrown together cold fish patty and the cheese was not even melted. To top it off, the bun was old and dry. McDonald's service is not the greatest, what can you expect from a fast food chain..... but this is the WORST McDonald's service I have EVER had !

  It was clean, manager was friendly but my order was all messed up. Asked for no whip but I got it, bagel was burnt to the point I couldn't eat it so I was thankful they messed up the no folded egg so I would have something to eat.

  Not surprised every review I've read on here is bad. I use to work here and always busted my a$$ when I was on shift. However the majority of staff is high schoolers who could care less and are on power trips because they get promoted too fast due to employees quitting left and right. Worst time to go in is over night your order will be screwed up and your fries cold. Also they do make you park for long periods of time and the lobby is filthy because they only make the new people clean it for a small while and don't make people doing presentation do it because they are too busy on their phones. This place needs a complete make over with management and staff except for the 5 people that actually follow the rules and do their job. I don't suggest going in at all, you have a better chance of the subway next door getting your order right.

  Consistently bad. Even for McDonalds. I thought I'd give them one last chance and they screwed up yet again... I ordered a salad... they serve me one that says RIGHT ON THE LID that it was good until 24 hours ago. Thought I'd eat it anyways. It sucked. The lettuce was wilted, the tortilla strips (southwest salad) were soggy and the grilled chicken wasn't cut into strips and was flavorless... even for McDonalds standards. These guys really don't give a F*** about their job. But since it's McDonald's at a truck stop, travelers and truckers will still show up in this d*** place anyways. I'm calling corporate.
